In 2000 Simon Shaw created Shaw Fitness to provide wellbeing coaching and personal fitness training to individuals, groups and companies.

Simon’s focus on achievement , enables people to attain success in terms of your health, fitness and well being. You will benefit from the Shaw Fitness philosophy of peak performance, which combines both mind and body. Simon is expert at helping you to create the desire and motivation to exercise effectively, eat well and attain the healthy lifestyle you deserve- so that you reap the many benefits of doing so right now and for the future.

Over the last ten years Simon has lead thousands of one to one appointments, group fitness sessions and lifestyle presentations. He was the Fitness Editor for Reflective Image magazine between 2005- 2007. He has written fitness columns for two London newspapers as well as being published internationally.
