How we work together:
- we initially meet to discuss your goals and ensure that we can work together to achieve these
- we schedule a regular one hour weekly (or occassionally twice weekly) appointment
- I arrive with all the equipment at your home or other venue at the appointed time
- we workout, then discuss progress, goals and nutrition when required
- the appointment is completed with a neck and shoulder massage leaving you relaxed, feeling good and ready to get on with the rest of your day.
